The legendary rock band's Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee are working with fundraising platform Omaze to give one lucky fan a 1969 Custom Pontiac GTO and support music people in need. Watch the rockers tell you how to participate in the sweepstakes in a special video message.

Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee have teamed up with fundraising platform Omaze to give fans a chance to win a 1969 Custom Pontiac GTO and help support MusiCares' mission. Fans can donate $10 to $150 to support MusiCares via grants from Charities Aid Foundation America ("CAF America") and enter for the chance to win the car.

Launched in October, the Omaze sweepstakes has already supported more than<span class="s1"> $42,000 </span>in grants from CAF America to MusiCares. There's still plenty of time for fans to enter and continue to support MusiCares, as the sweepstakes runs until Thursday, Feb. 17.
