MusiCares Person of the year

Each year, the MusiCares Person of the Year gala unites the music community in its purest form: artists, creators, and industry professionals coming together to take care of one another. What begins as a night of music and celebration becomes a lifeline for thousands of people who make music possible. Funds raised through the Person of the Year event directly power MusiCares’ programs that help music professionals rebuild after disasters like the LA Wildfires, access life-saving mental health and addiction recovery services and receive essential support during times of crisis. The Person of the Year gala isn’t just a tribute to an honoree; it’s a collective act of compassion and solidarity from the music community to its own. Each performer’s participation helps ensure MusiCares can continue showing up, year after year, for those who dedicate their lives to the art that moves us all.
